Join us! We are a relationship-based, forward-thinking Architecture and Interior Design firm, seeking an addition to our dynamic Marketing Team. The Marketing Assistant supports the Marketing Department and provides marketing and administrative support for the various firm studios and firm-wide marketing. The Marketing Assistant works alongside the entire marketing team in development of content and associated materials using Adobe software to help portray the firm message.

We are currently looking for someone with a strong ability to organize multiple projects at once. Basic digital marketing experience and knowledge of Google Ads is a plus.

Additional responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Writing – in a variety of mediums including blogs and collateral, Website maintenance, updating firm database, content management, social media, email creation, public relations support, execution of Employee Appreciation program, inventory management, support of firm conferences, annual BDBT event and studio event coordination as well as other administrative support as needed.

Abilities:

  • Work autonomously and with a team 
  • Communicate effectively with Marketing Team and EUA staff 
  • Competent writing and proofreading skills 
  • Proficient in page layout 
  • Team player mindset to help others as needed 
  • Ability to manage several tasks at the same time 

The Fine Print:

  • 2-year Associate degree or 4-year bachelor's in communications / marketing or equivalent of work experience 
  • Marketing or administrative support experience 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite products (especially PowerPoint and InDesign) 
  • Adobe Premiere experience a plus 
  • Demonstrate strong writing and proofreading skills (provide three writing examples)
