Hupy and Abraham, a personal injury law firm headquartered in Milwaukee, WI, is looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant for our downtown Milwaukee, WI office. This is a fast-paced law firm. The position will be highly demanding so do not apply unless you are a hard-working go-getter who is willing to dig deep and make a difference! It is critical to this role that qualified candidates be able to work in a very fast-paced, creative, and cutting-edge environment, while being able to handle and accept constructive feedback.

Our Marketing Assistant supports the firm’s marketing operations by carrying out the daily tasks to support the firm’s marketing strategy. This is a perfect entry-level position for an individual looking to gain broad marketing experience in a fast-paced environment. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preform day-to-day administrative tasks of the marketing department 
  • Track existing marketing campaigns 
  • Research and develop original web content 
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of print and promotional materials 
  • Make customer service phone calls and screen potential vendors 
  • Fulfill and ship orders 
  • Update and post basic website and social media content 
  • Community outreach and events 
  • Collaborate with marketing team on ever-evolving strategies 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree. 
  • Prior marketing or administrative experience required 
  • Knowledge of Google Adwords/PPC or lead generation campaigns preferred 
  • Ability to be flexible with work hours to work evening and weekend marketing events 
  • Ability to multi-task 
  • Writing skills with extreme attention to grammatical detail 
  • Organizational skills with working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets 
  • Sound understanding of marketing principles
