Hupy and Abraham, S.C., a personal injury law firm headquartered downtown Milwaukee, WI, is seeking a Marketing Assistant to enhance its marketing initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Complete market research for hot topics and updates on competitors 
  • Create content for website articles and social media posts
  • Monitor and maintain website profiles and posts
  • Review and respond to social media posts 
  • Complete external surveys
  • Handle research, communication and preparation of community outreach and events 
  • Monitor, maintain, stock and ship inventory of print and promotional materials 
  • Preform day-to-day administrative tasks of the marketing department 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Sound understanding of marketing principles 
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced enviornment 
  • Excellent writing skills with extreme attention to grammatical detail 
  • Organizational skills with working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets 
  • Display a high level of professionalism while representing the firm 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 
  • Prior marketing or administrative experience required
