We are currently seeking a Marketing Associate to join our growing business. This position will be part of the business development team, working collaboratively with multiple internal departments to elevate the Madison brand and support our growth ambitions. To be successful in this diverse role, the right candidate will have a natural entrepreneurial mindset and expertise in identifying opportunities for process improvement and marketing best practices. Attention to detail and an ability to multitask is a must in this fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities & Duties:

Marketing Production:

  • Content Production & Development – create and refine marketing collateral such as fact sheets, commentary, point of sales pieces, brochures, and other marketing content
  • Project Management – establish the production timeline, manage the process for updating collateral, coordinate with multiple internal and external partners, update with the highest data integrity within tight deadlines
  • Effectively communicate project and deliverable status with key stakeholders 
  • Proof and review statistical data, copy, and grammar to ensure the highest data integrity, production quality, and compliance with strict regulatory and legal guidelines
  • Digital Content Management – maintain approved materials library and web content across multiple web properties

Brand Management:

  • Develop and maintain visual design standards to enforce a consistent brand across marketing content and channels
  • Ensure a consistent voice in all marketing collateral and firm communications
  • Ensure all materials and communications comply with regulatory and legal guidelines as well as our company standards

Marketing Campaign Management:

  • Marketing Campaign Management – work closely with stakeholders of distribution and product teams to plan and execute multi-faceted marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Reporting and Engagement Metrics – track and report on campaign responses, including email, web, and social media engagement and strategize on new ways to engage a nuanced and diverse set of business segments
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred 
  • Investment management or related financial services industry experience preferred 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Adobe InDesign a plus 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills 
  • Ability to successfully bring project to completion within timely manner 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to exercise flexibility, initiative, and good judgement
