Marketing Associate

The Role: Our Field and Customer Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Associate to create and execute marketing campaigns through the webinar channel in North America. This role will work across Morningstar’s business lines to represent our research and perspectives to the marketplace to drive top of funnel engagement. As a Marketing Associate, you will be exposed to demand generation fundamentals and be an integral team member to help reach our pipeline and revenue goals.

Role & Responsibility:

• Partner with the portfolio marketing and demand generation teams to drive top of funnel engagement through quarterly webinars.
• Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns to achieve KPIs.
• Oversee all aspects of campaign creation ensuring deadlines are met.
• Manage a promotional budget.
• Optimize campaign tactics and identify test and learn opportunities.
• Provide end-to-end webinar management partnering with the video and operations team.
• Prepare, package, and deliver webinar outcomes and analysis to stakeholders.

Business Stakeholder Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1-3 years’ experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with several stakeholders simultaneously.
• Possess a positive attitude and collaborative working style.
• General understanding of the marketing funnel and metrics a plus.
