Marketing Automation Associate will play a key role in building, scaling, and optimizing marketing automation programs within Salesforce’s Account Engagement platform (FKA Pardot).  We’re seeking a professional with hands-on experience within marketing automation platforms and a strong understanding of email marketing, forms, workflows, segmentation, and campaign execution.

Key Job Activities:

Campaign Execution:

  • Build and optimize automated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and lead nurturing programs, in alignment with overall marketing strategies
  • Manage campaign recipients, audience(s), and segmentation lists
  • Collaborate with Integrated Marketing Teams on Marketing calendar, assets, and deliverables
  • Monitor and improve programs by reporting on KPIs and share results with key stakeholders on opportunities to improve and scale campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and controls such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, etc. 

Marketing Automation Platform Management:

  • Support data hygiene and enrichment initiatives in alignment with the broader data governance strategy
  • Support any troubleshooting, audits, or enhancement testing related to automation tool
  • Rebuild marketing automation testing environments in sync with the IT organization's refresh schedule

Lead Management:

  • Track and monitor lead scoring model, segmentation strategy, and nurturing workflows to improve engagement, lead quality, and conversion
  • Support manual lead assignment process as needed
  • Track lead performance and share results with key stakeholders on opportunities to improve

Other duties as assigned by manager to ensure the success of the Marketing Automation and Marketing Operations functions

Experience:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience required.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience working with marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing, marketing automation, and Salesforce

  • Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, deadline-driven, cross-functional team environment
