Marketing Brand Activations Intern

As a Bremer Intern, you will participate in a program designed to provide you with well-rounded knowledge delivering a solid foundation for your future career. All while working at an organization that directly gives back to the community.

Throughout the summer, you will experience both structured and unstructured learning opportunities through your daily core job responsibilities and participation in special projects and assignments. Bremer will provide orientation, skill building, networking with leaders, ongoing training, and mentorship opportunities.

As a Brand Activation Intern you will help to activate our brand through several activities such as North Dakota State Fair, Farm Fest, Minnesota State Fair, and more!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support brand activation campaigns as assigned. 
  • Coordinating final logistics prior to events. 
  • Research sponsorship and event opportunities. 
  • Act as a brand ambassador. 
  • Support the marketing team with ongoing programs, events, activations, and special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a post-secondary degree with two years relevant experience or pursuing a bachelor’s degree 
  • Ability to commute to regional brand activation events 
  • Will need to be available to work some nights and weekends to support brand activations 
  • Available to work through Labor Day weekend - closing date of Minnesota State Fair

Additional Desired Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated to pursue a career in a marketing. 
  • Good communication skills and working well within a team. 
  • Intermediate computer knowledge/experience. 
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy, attention to details, and adherence to company policies and procedures. 
  • Creative thinking and strong analytical skills. 
  • Having a strong passion for learning and growth.
  • Good leadership, time and project management skills 
  • Ability to work under deadlines 
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Work an average of 40 hours per week for the duration of internship program

A plus:

  • Seeking a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related majors. 
  • Sales experience. 
  • Dynamic and outgoing. 
  • Able to relate to people from different backgrounds. 
  • Experience in an office environment.
