The Marketing Brand Specialist is instrumental in planning, managing, and implementing marketing communication initiatives across the Industrial Solutions vertical group of businesses in all global regions. Initiatives include brand activation and product and service launches. Day to day work involves defining the strategy for launch, naming and branding considerations, value proposition creation, internal communications, product rebranding, and portfolio transitions.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, execute, and evaluate marketing branding strategies with a strong focus onglobally aligned solutions and customer centric perspectives. 
  • Work closely with internal marketing teams to leverage marketing content and materials. Supervising work to the in-house content and creative teams, agency partners, and internal clients regarding project asset development. 
  • Collaborate closely with Business Unit product and sales leaders in each global region to replicate messages and deliver positive campaign results. 
  • Allocate the marketing branding budget for the assigned business units, prioritizing investments with higher returns. Track marketing initiatives with clear metrics per initiative. 
  • Govern branding standards across multiple platforms and channels. 
  • Develop the annual marketing plans in parallel with marketing operations to support business goals. 
  • Create, maintain, and communicate the marketing brand calendar of activities to support this annual plan and track it throughout the year.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communication, business, or equivalent experience 
  • A minimum of 4 years of progressive sales / marketing experience, strategic planning or leadership experience 
  • Experience planning and executing annual marketing plans 
  • Previous experience collaborating with cross-functional global teams 
  • Previous work history with multiple marketing technology platforms to manage and execute social media posts and web content

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Marketing or Business 
  • Experience working with industrial air filtration products and services 
  • Experience in business development and B2B marketing 
  • Previous work experience in a global or multicultural environment
