Rawhide Youth Services is a faith-based 501(c)(3) recognized charity that offers a full array of programs for at-risk youth and their families throughout Wisconsin. We offer leading outpatient mental health services and prevention-based programs for both young men and young women, and residential therapy and counseling for at-risk young men. The Rawhide team is dedicated to helping teen and young-adult girls and boys find the healing and develop the skills to lead healthy, responsible lives. The Marketing Brand Manager supports rawhide’s marketing strategies and efforts to increase community awareness by developing, implementing, and monitoring marketing and business strategies for growth and sustainability.

Essential Job Functions for Marketing Brand Manager:

  • Develops and implements brand marketing strategy and campaigns to grow Rawhide Youth Services and their respective business units
  • Conducts research, customer and competitor analysis and generates customer insights to drive deeper and more meaningful engagement from marketing efforts.
  • Manages budgets and forecasts results and revenue for key departments.
  • Recruits new and manages current partner and vendor relationships to build a network of supporters and advocates.
  • Writes strategy documents, business plans, creative copywriting, and press releases for business units as needed.
  • Creates and gives presentations to key internal and external stakeholders to present marketing strategies and results/outcomes.
  • Collaborates across the organization for integrated communications strategies and opportunities.
  • Monitors and adjusts effectiveness of marketing strategies; makes recommendations on strategy changes.
  • Works with cross-functional teams to develop creative content to achieve goals and objectives.

Education/Skills for Marketing Brand Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or in related field; minimum of five years' experience in a marketing environment
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and plans.
  • A strategic thinker.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
  • Proven experience developing multi-channel engagement campaigns using digital and traditional media
  • Detail orientated, keen eye for brand consistency
  • Strong people and organizational skills
  • Creative and innovative thinker and planner
  • Experience working in a cross-functional organization
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within a deadline driven environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while exercising judgement and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, excel, outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and web analysis tools and WordPress is a plus
