Marketing Business Partner
Northern Illinois

Position Summary:

The position executes strategic marketing initiatives, campaigns, messaging and local activation throughout assigned territories. This role is responsible for marketing initiatives targeting key consumer and referral segments to improve brand awareness and increase new patient volume. This role also functions as a marketing consultant and coach to their respective territories.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all marketing elements for new clinic openings as well as relocations and consolidations, while leveraging internal marketing resources within assigned territories
  • Analyze, evaluate, plan and execute territory, regional and local marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Manage local sponsorship and advertising efforts for clinical level support
  • Partner with internal marketing resources in Advertising, Sponsorships, Branding, Digital and Creative Services to meet the needs of Clinical Operations and the organization
  • Provide key performance indicators to Clinical Operations and leadership on a quarterly basis
  • Give presentations to Clinical Operations on a monthly basis in addition to other opportunities, as needed
  • Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Athletic Training and Market Development Managers with B2B and B2C marketing for local activation efforts
  • Develop and deliver effective support materials and resources for Clinical Operations and internal teams, including training presentations for respective initiatives
  • Understand and apply industry and competitor knowledge to enhance Athletico’s growth and strategic initiatives
  • Provide local marketing support for programs and service lines, partnering with local leadership to launch new programs
  • Develop and maintain external relationships that benefit the organization

Education and Experience:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill,and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or business-related field; or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3-5 years of marketing/communications/advertising or business experience with demonstrated success, preferably in healthcare-related field – agency experience is a plus
  • Exceptional knowledge of all Microsoft applications, including database applications.
