IN THIS CAPACITY YOU WILL:

In This pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of evolving and innovating the US LG Business Solutions Marketing team’s campaigns by working with various team members on the inception and planning of campaigns by providing insights into accounts, or personas. This role will delve into the intricacies of understanding campaign outcomes from campaigns, deriving insights to establish the ideal customer profile by vertical, and refining our strategies to engage leads and convert opportunities.

This is a pivotal role within the US LG Business Solutions Marketing team responsible for optimization of marketing campaigns through analyzing results and tactics, identifying opportunities for improvement through channel analysis, lead qualification processes and ultimately campaign attribution. This role will be deeply involved in account-based marketing to determine the ideal customer profiles for various key verticals. Additionally, they will work in close partnership with lead qualification and sales teams, providing valuable insights on accounts to drive growth.

The Marketing Campaign Manager will be at the forefront of driving our marketing strategy for customer targeting and demand generation and the associated analytics, results, and optimization for stronger future execution. This role will delve into the intricacies of our marketing campaigns, deriving insights to sharpen our ideal customer profile and refining our strategies to engage leads and convert opportunities.

This role is centered in our HQ office in Lincolnshire IL but can be served with hybrid/travel/remote from CST zone (for the right candidate).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Campaign Execution & Planning:

  • Support Marketing and Agencies to help develop vertically targeted demand campaigns aligning to business objectives and outline stronger lead attribution to market execution. 
  • Monitor campaigns to ensure they are running smoothly to established KPIs by assessing real-time results while gathering feedback from Sales. 
  • Implement any necessary adjustments to campaigns for optimization, while consulting with Sales/Agencies/Marketing/Leadership

Analytics & Optimization:

  • Analyze campaign results to measure ROI and KPIs, providing regular reports to the management team through an established weekly, monthly and quarterly cadence. 
  • Identify trends and insights from data to optimize spend and campaign performance. 
  • Work with various teams to build dashboards and identify reporting deliverables in CRM

Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

  • Develop a deep understanding of our ideal customer profiles across different verticals and route-to-markets. 
  • Define account and contact profile enrichment strategy and work with the US/Global martech team on implementation to establish stronger SFDC/database performance. 
  • Work with the ABM strategist team and martech tools platforms that support marketing (Rollworks, Pathfactory, etc.) to leverage tools/systems/platforms to target specific accounts and prospects. 
  • Collaborate on designing campaigns to execute personalized marketing campaigns for targeted accounts.

Collaboration with Sales & Lead Qualification Teams:

  • Partner with US lead qualification manager and MQL assessment teams to align on lead scoring and prioritization. 
  • Present insights and recommendations to the various internal sales and marketing leadership teams based on campaign data and analytics. 
  • Engage in regular dialogue with sales to ensure marketing activities are in alignment with sales objectives, accountability exists, and the sales playbooks are being executed.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing/Business Degree preferred) with at least 5 years professional experience in a related field. Ideally in a sales or marketing role. 
  • 3-5 years' experience in marketing and sales with a focus on campaign execution and performance analytics 
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. 
  • Proficiency in using Office suite, marketing software and tools, including analytics. 
  • Knowledge of tools like R, Python or SQL is a plus. 
  • Understanding of how to build analytics dashboards and reports in Tableau, Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Experience in B2B marketing and familiarity with the sales cycle stages and journey. 
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and data model (accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities). 
  • Thrives with independence, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for technology and integrating marketing concepts with sales objectives (systems and people)

Base Pay Range: $90,000 - $130,000

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
