Position Summary:
The Marketing Client Services Manager role is a multi-faceted position that drives high-value, game-changing results and service to our internal stakeholders. Every day, this position collaborates with functional group team members across Training, Business Development, Promo, Retail, Events, Marketing Services, and others. This individual provides assistance in the project management of integrated campaigns across multiple platforms.
This position supports all elements of the campaign cycle; including ideation/strategic direction, kick-off meetings, management of end-to-end planning, providing regular status updates, KPI monitoring, metric reporting needs, and assistance in check-in/wrap up conversations. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented. Effectively juggling multiple timelines and resource needs, he/she can skillfully navigate and motivate cross-functional teams that service campaigns and provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
