JOB SUMMARY:

The position is responsible for promoting and supporting the growth of Lucas Milhaupt’s products and services in our chosen market segments and applications. The role requires a hands-on approach to developing, implementing, and measuring the impact of marketing plans across both digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a comprehensive understanding of marketing tools, analytics, and trends to drive successful campaigns.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Assisting in developing an integrated marketing plan, defining priorities and implementing tactics in various areas, including advertising, social media, direct marketing, and event planning/tradeshows. 
  • Assisting with marketing data analysis, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic. 
  • Generating compelling content for our website, social media, and print collateral. 
  • Supporting lead generation initiatives through appropriate directory usage, electronic database searches, CRM, and telephone contact to support sales activity. 
  • Building marketing lists and segment data by industry, channel and geographic region. 
  • Developing and implementing lead nurturing and follow-up programs. 
  • Performing basic market research activities as necessary. This may include new customer surveys, existing customer sales data, and test marketing of new products. 
  • Performing other duties when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong interpersonal/written skills and attention to detail. 
  • Positive attitude and being able to work both independently and with a team. 
  • Self-motivated, responsive, and proactive. 
  • Organized and capable of multi-tasking. 
  • Familiarity with data management and analysis tools, such as HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, and digital and email marketing platforms. 
  • Familiarity with graphic design software packages, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. 
  • Must be willing to travel (15%).

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field is required. 
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Minimum 4 years of experience.
