Marketing/Communication Specialist Senior

Security Health Plan serves more than 187,000 people in a 32-county area in northern, western and central Wisconsin. In conjunction with the Marketing Communication Manager, this position is responsible for managing the communication efforts of Security Health Plan.

In conjunction with the Marketing Communication Manager, this position is responsible for managing the communication efforts of Security Health Plan. This individual will work with all Security Health Plan departments to ensure corporate communication strategies and standards are maintained. In addition to working with all internal departments, this position is responsible for implementing Security Health Plan’s promotional strategies and successfully advancing the market position of Security Health Plan.

Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or related field of study. A valid license to sell health insurance in the State of Wisconsin is preferred. Applicants must have 3 years of experience in a professional field emphasizing writing and project coordination such as corporate communications, marketing, public relations or journalism; background in HMOs and managed care preferred.
