Join the Investment, Performance & Operations team in Marketing Communications as the Assistant Manager, Risk Management, Governance and Holistic Margin Management. This expert role is a critical enabler for our brand building approach. You’ll sit centrally in the Marketing Communications organization and help guide Marketing Communications teams in working to push the boundaries for how we bring bold ideas to life to enhance the experience consumers have with our brands … with appropriate controls to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with our marketing policies.
You must have a mindset of finding ways to say “yes” versus finding ways to say “no.” It won’t always be easy, so curiosity, tenacity and relationship-building skills are critical. You also need to be organized and process oriented to allow this capability to be deployed at scale across hundreds of promotional activations each year.
You’ll have your finger on the pulse of the organization as this role has line of sight across the entire North American Retail brand portfolio and everyday engagement with a broad set of internal and external partners. You’ll also have direct accountability for overseeing and leading the Marketing Communications Holistic Margin Management pipeline across dozens of Marketing Communications capabilities that touch hundreds of millions of dollars in consumer investment.
