ACS seeks an experienced Marketing Communications Coordinator in our Verona, WI office. As a member of the marketing and business development team, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to produce, coordinate, develop, edit, and ensure accuracy of all marketing content and oversee the ACS brand voice across all marketing channels. In addition, you will provide and direct general administrative support to the marketing and business development department.

Job Responsibilities include:

Write/draft/edit content for all external communication channels such as email campaigns, website pages, photography captions, speaking notes, social media, PowerPoint presentations, posters, brochures, invitations, surveys, proposal collateral, project descriptions, resume bios, blogs, news, articles, white papers, and other marketing materials.

Work with and coordinate marketing content assignments with freelance writers and outside marketing services providers as required.

Implement and help develop marketing communication strategies, both internally and externally.

Create boilerplate content for use in proposal templates, marketing collateral, and specific proposal and project-related writing requests.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of firmwide branding guidelines including editorial guidelines and company language.

Coordinate trades shows and other events including but not limited to registration, contracts, booth and signage, shipment of materials, and staffing.

Support all details related to formal or informal client events including expos, golf outings, dinners, award ceremonies, etc.

Coordinate photoshoots at manufacturing facility and at client sites.

All other duties as needed to ensure company success.

Basic Requirements:

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.

High level of written, digital, and verbal communications achievements and skills.

Ability to modify writing style to match a variety of platforms and audiences.

Technical writing experience is required.

Prior experience in similar industry is a preferred.

Desire to engage with the technical staff and learn about the engineering practice, and the ability to translate this knowledge into useful content for marketing deliverables.

Knowledge of Customer Experience Program (CX program) is preferred.

Experience using Adobe InDesign, CRM (client relationship management) database, and SEO tools are preferred.

Knowledge of social media platforms.

Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes.

Attend meetings with team members and other consultants both on and off-site -- travel to trade shows, off-site meetings and customer locations may be required.
