MARKETING + COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

Krueck Sexton Partners is seeking a full-time A/E/C Marketing + Communications (MarCom) Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The MarCom Coordinator will support the Director of Marketing and the Partnership Group’s strategic marketing and business development efforts, champion all things marketing, and become an ambassador of the firm. Comprised of excellent communicators and enthusiastic problem-solvers, our marketing team is committed to internal client service. The MarCom Coordinator is poised under the pressure of fast-paced deadlines and must have a positive, flexible attitude. The ideal candidate has a passion for the industry, a strong graphic eye for visual communications, design, and layout, is a team player, a problem solver, a dynamic writer, and an extraordinary project manager. This position is responsible for producing proposals, presentations, communication deliverables and other marketing material (print & digital) used to support business development efforts, brand awareness, and winning work. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing

  • Coordinate RFQ/RFP review process and maintain production and tracking tools. 
  • Coordinate and participate in the proposal kickoff/strategy session(s) and planning sessions.
  • Assist with developing the overall proposal strategy in a manner that is compliant with RFQ/RFP requirements and KSP objectives. 
  • Team with Director of Marketing and Partnership Group to develop proposals and qualifications, coordinate submissions, curate highly image-driven portfolios of the firm’s work. 
  • Contributing to the maintenance of resources and systems including CRM, contacts, and marketing drive. 
  • Coordinating with team members, outside consultants, and other stakeholders to identify and collect information needed and define key differentiators for assigned projects. 
  • Support new business development activities including potential client and leads tracking.
  • Participate in interview preparation and strategy.

Communications

  • Effectively communicating the brand through custom development of visual and written content that demonstrates an understanding of the industry and passion for excellent design. 
  • Preparing and executing materials for conferences, award submissions, and speaking engagements. 
  • Helping to identify additional strategic targets related to social media, web, conference engagement, and public relations. 
  • Develop and enhance the firm analytics initiative utilizing data from our website and other digital platforms. 
  • Assist with overall content development. 
  • Liaison for potential PR consultants and deliverables. 
  • Analyze target audiences and complete market research. 
  • Make high-quality marketing materials, newsletters, advertising, and digital content. 
  • Other marketing and communications tasks as assigned.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience in a professional service field; preferably within a design-related field. 
  • Exceptional writing and research skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively in an environment with multiple deadlines and senior stakeholders, executing and prioritizing tasks efficiently and accurately. 
  • Strong visual and storytelling ability. 
  • Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Heightened attention to detail and an emphasis on quality. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or other related fields of study preferred. 
  • Competency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Spark. 
  • Basic knowledge of Deltek CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, SEO, Social Media Tools. 
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
