As a Marketing Communications Manager for the Foodservice Segment within the Ecolab Institutional Business, you will help advance this forward-thinking, customer-driven business by creating and leading marketing communications strategies, planning and execution to strengthen the Ecolab brand and support and drive segment growth.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with segment, portfolio and global marketing teams, RD&E, corporate account and field sales teams, training, other communication teams across the Enterprise and agency partners to develop marketing communication strategies and successfully execute plans. You will be encouraged to bring new and different ideas to the team and be offered flexibility in execution. The ideal candidate will be an agile, self-starter with a growth mindset and propensity for results who has a passion for brand, customer experience (internal and external) and commercialization. We are looking for a strong, highly strategic, creative and collaborative project manager that has a demonstrated ability to achieve business results in a matrixed organization. Elevating our digital-first foundation will also be prioritized.
