Essential Job Responsibilities – Ways you will add to the team:

  • Collaborate with business units to refine strategies most effective for Cell and Gene Therapy market 
  • Identify, develop, and manage integrated marketing campaigns 
  • Partner with other departments and vendors to design and implement website enhancements to improve the customer experience 
  • Measure, analyze and identify opportunities for optimizing email and search marketing results 
  • Forecast and achieve appropriate marketing measures including web site traffic, on-line lead generation and UI analysis, and brand awareness 
  • In conjunction with regional marketing partners, develop regional and market specific strategies 
  • Direct ad activity including content, placement, and value-added opportunities, manage photo shoots, market research/analysis for recommendations, landing page content, manage social media platforms 
  • Recommend trade show participation, develop content for physical and virtual trade shows and related events 
  • Additional Related Duties: write “ad” copy for various marketing venues, secure any required photos including any required release information, manage literature needs including editing/proofing copy as well as approval process, strategically develop content for various communications venues, manage trademark requests/legal requests, vendor relations for any external vendor supplying marketing services for the company 
  • Adhere to all safety regulations 
  • Demonstrate support of CPC core values 
  • Perform other job duties as assigned to meet business needs

Required Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, promotions or advertising 
  • 2-3 years digital marketing experience 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Intermediate level computer skills (MS Office, web savvy) 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Strong writing skills 
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively and contribute in a team environment 
  • Travel up to 15% both domestic and international

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Business-to-business marketing experience 
  • Experience coordinating integrated campaigns

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Marketo 
  • Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager
