The Marketing Communication Manager advances the company's narrative and represents the company’s vision, strategies and core values through storytelling that creates excitement, drives engagement, shapes culture, and enhances brand and reputation. The role focuses on creating positive relationships and developing communication strategies for a wide range of audiences, including team members, customers, community members, industry peers, and candidates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops and presents creative audience-centric communications strategies that engages team members, attracts candidates, promotes the organization and always aligns to the broader company vision and strategies. 
  • Actively seeks out and builds relationships to collaborate and understand communication needs throughout the organization. 
  • Acts as an essential and trusted partner to leaders, providing forward-thinking, creative, and unique ideas and work, as well as feedback and coaching related to communication strategies, voice, tone and messaging. 
  • Utilizes methods to bring out an authentic company voice, branding, and style across all communication channels. 
  • Implements measurement tools and metrics to ensure that communication efforts build meaningful engagement and meet/exceed targets. 
  • Reevaluates plans regularly to monitor progress. 
  • Continually seeks out and learns about best practices to positively impact the direction of communications within FTI. 
  • Commits to the company’s vision, mission, and core ideology to consistently demonstrate our core values. 
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned. 
  • Actively participates in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelor Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Marketing
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in corporate or employee communications
  • Travel: 5-10%
  • Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday; However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
