Your Opportunity:
The Sitework (SWS) Marketing Communications Manager leads
the strategic development and implementation of integrated marketing
communication plans that promote SWS products, and drives awareness across key
channels and end customer markets. The Marketing Communications Manager plays a
key role in the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies, product
launches, events, and outbound marketing campaigns supporting SWS objectives.

Work Location:
The anticipated work location is in Bloomington, MN Toro's
International Corporate Headquarters. Fully remote is not available at this
time.
The current team works 5-days on campus in Bloomington, MN. There
could be occasional and intermittent times when hybrid is available, but
generally this team is in the office 5-days a week.
This role includes travel 20-25% (both domestic and
international) with related expense reporting duties.

By working a little more during the first few days of the week, TTC employees
at our Bloomington HQ are able to start their weekends early and leave by noon
on Friday.
- Competitive Salary – A reasonable pay range for this
opportunity is $101,300 - $126,650. The pay range takes into account skills,
experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near
the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and
circumstances of each case. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive
