Job Purpose and Impact:

The Marketing Communications Specialist, Poultry will help coordinate the development of marketing communications materials to effectively represent our products, services, brands and our organization to customers and prospects. We seek a professional who will participate in creating visual solutions to communicate information about products or services.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Execute and coordinate medium-scale, multichannel marketing communications and promotion efforts to poultry producers. 
  • Identify and implement marketing communications strategies and programs in collaboration with marketing lead, sales and technical teams. 
  • Support poultry sales and technical team with development of sales materials, such as key messages, customer presentations, sell sheets and technical summaries 
  • Help design, develop and implement marketing communications programs to support the organization's products, services or market sector. 
  • Use general knowledge to create graphic presentations that communicate mood, emphasis, insight, viewpoint and similar visual impressions. 
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. 
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience
