We are looking for a talented Marketing Communications Specialist, Senior in support of Cummins Power Generation Unit based out of Shoreview, MN location.

In this role, you will make an impact among the following ways:

  • Support and lead Communications across the Cummins Power Generation function, managing projects and ongoing initiatives for the business. 
  • Responsible for executing the integrated marketing plan and support budgeting process and execution of the marketing plan. 
  • Provide metric reporting associated with the integrated marketing plan and report back to the business on campaign activity. 
  • Act as a brand champion and custodian as well as developing, creating, and driving any messaging related to Cummins Power Generation segment. 
  • Maintain and develop relationships with stakeholders/leaders/vendors. 
  • Writes, edits, and create content and strategic messaging, simplifying complex messages and adhering to relevant style guide.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in communications, marketing, or a related subject required. 
  • Experience in recent/relevant experience of at least 5 years. 
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience of typical marketing tactical tools both current and experiential 
  • Ability to function as a strategic marketing communication thinker, supporting various key stakeholders working cross-functionally to support and develop of strategic integrated marketing plans.
