POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Coordinate, plan, and lead the marketing team initiatives related to tradeshows, product trailers, sales giveaways and industry associations while supporting team efforts in general marketing and administrative functions.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate and execute all activity related to tradeshows and special event activity:

  • Works with other team members to create audience and product specific messaging and graphics for tradeshow and event activities.
  • Coordinates project schedules, tracks project execution and maintains communication with outside agencies and internal teams . 
  • Completes trade show-related forms and maintains all internal documentation of tradeshow schedules and activities. 
  • Arranges freight shipments of booth and equipment to trade shows, acting as liaison for coordination of tradeshow property requests. 
  • Sends out regular updates communicating employee involvement per tradeshow. 
  • Gathers show leads and distributes as appropriate.

Creates and manages the plan for product trailer scheduling: tradeshows/events and country-wide customer visits:

  • Develops and manages trailer driver’s schedules and is first point of contact at H. 
  • Negotiates and coordinates trailer visits to customer sites by working with product trailer drivers and all Regional Sales Manager. 
  • Determines events that dictate use of the product trailer and schedule/plan for appropriately. 
  • Communicates the trailer schedule appropriately to drivers and all Regional Sales Manager.
  • Negotiates with product management to ensure trailers and the right products are in customer ready condition.

Assists in the coordination, development and execution of marketing programs and brand collateral:

  • Maintains Association Memberships. 
  • Coordinates the ordering of Sales calendars. 
  • Operates as vendor contact for maintenance of employee sales portal for the ordering of collateral and miscellaneous branded items. 

Performs other duties or responsibilities as required or apparent to support the overall initiatives of the Marketing Department

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in marketing preferred, or equivalent experience 
  • Working proficiency with MS Office suite required 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Fosters a spirit of cooperation and teamwork 
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently 
  • Ability to manage high volume of work in interrupt driven paced environment

SALARY RANGE: $45,990 - $$68,986; Bonus eligible.
