Job fuction summary:

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to gain experience in an entry-level Marketing Communications role and develop their skillset as part of an ambitious marketing team. This position will support our Marketing Communications manager and work closely with our wider marketing team to support initiatives across North America (US and Canada).

The main job functions for this role include:

  • Executional support of our marketing communications plan; including paid social, paid search, print advertising and marketing automation (Eloqua) 
  • Managing requests for artwork changes through self or third parties 
  • Managing requests for microsite/website changes through third parties 
  • Proofreading and sending out sales team communications (Sway) 
  • Literature fulfillment through third parties (CustomPoint / Printeca)
  • Implement updates and reporting of our sales enablement platform (Showpad) 
  • Maintain a photo library and process image requests 
  • Manage translations through third parties to support our campaigns in Canada 
  • Lead management support and reporting

Essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field of study 
  • Core skills to include strong communication and organizational skills 
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks across a variety of projects 
  • Willingness to join a team who values listening, mutual respect, and collaboration 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis and willing to travel (10%)
