Marketing Communications Specialist
Twin Cities Metro
Saint Paul, MN

Essential Duties:

  • Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as human resources, sales, service, operations as well as our manufacturer partners to develop marketing strategies that elevate the MacQueen brand. 
  • Coordinate marketing plans and activities from concept to implementation as well as monitoring and reporting performance. 
  • Maintain consistent brand image and voice across integrated marketing channels. 
  • Manage and create content, campaigns, promotions, and communications to drive demand and generate sales leads. 
  • Create sales tools such as presentations, messaging, proposals, emails, videos, collateral, promotions, etc. that help empower the sales team to foster customer relationships and drive new sales. 
  • Coordinate partner marketing development fund (MDF) plans and requirements. Execute marketing efforts such as events, advertising, email, sponsorships and campaigns. Track MDF budgets and provide partners with reporting. 
  • Help increase internal communications efforts, recruitment/employment brand marketing and employee programs to foster the MacQueen Way. 
  • Support planning successful internal and external events, trainings, sales demonstrations and trade shows. 
  • Assist in growing our social media presence across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. 
  • Assist in managing and maintaining our internal and external websites with current content, SEO, promotions, and product availability. 
  • Help write engaging content and communications to support marketing strategies and tactics. 
  • Oversee the design, production, and distribution of marketing materials to aid in sales and marketing programs. 
  • Leverage our CRM platform for targeting customers with campaigns throughout the product and service lifecycle. 
  • Help implement automated marketing programs along the customer journey. 
  • Analyze, measure, report and optimize marketing performance and insights. 
  • Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

  • Three to five years of professional working experience in marketing and/or communications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal, including writing, editing, proofing, and presenting skills.
  • Ability to build working relationships and strengthen communications.
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office 365 Suite – PPT, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Working knowledge of branding and the creative process; understanding of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with HubSpot CMS and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
