WHAT YOU’LL DO:

With the oversight of the SVP/Director of Channel Marketing, coordinate all phases of TruStone’s efforts as they relate to internal communications, field marketing and special programs, such as events, experiential campaigns and sponsorships.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

Availability to work 40 hours per week between the hours of Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm at our Burnsville, MN or Plymouth, MN location; exempt.

In addition:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications or related, or equivalent work experience. 
  • 2+ years of related experience, preferably in a credit union or financial services organization. 
  • Strong understanding of the financial/credit union industry including compliance-related issues, preferred. 
  • Demonstrated ability to provide leadership to a team. 
  • Proficiency of Associated Press Style Guide. 
  • PC proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, and E-mail or equivalents. 
  • Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint. 
  • PC proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Knowledge of video editing and production, preferred. 
  • PC proficiency with video conferencing platforms, including Zoom and Microsoft Teams. 
  • HTML knowledge and application ability; experience with other web language and jargon. 
  • Excellent organizational and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise and professional manner to a wide variety of audiences. 
  • Create professional correspondence using the appropriate communication medium, including editing ability. 
  • Ability to manage teams and large-scale projects as well as participate and contribute in team, committee and task force environments. 
  • Excellent public speaking and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work with regular and changing deadlines. 
  • Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions. 
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks. 
  • Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.
