The Business.

Crowe’s financial services consulting team delivers deeply specialized, high-value offerings to financial institutions, fintech companies, and insurance organizations across the globe. Our unique solutions enable financial services organizations to grow safely, to perform optimally, and to manage risk effectively. Our team of innovative consultants, fintech specialists, and business-building entrepreneurs manage a long pipeline of advanced technologies and offerings that address our mission: make the world more honest, transparent, safe, and secure by helping financial services companies transform how they govern themselves, how they manage their risks, and how they comply with standards and regulations.

What You’ll Do.

Working with a team of business designers, market insight seekers, and creatives, the Marketing Content and Campaign Coordinator is a collaborator, a craftsperson, and someone that can make stuff happen. You’ll work alongside a diverse team of incredibly smart business builders, and be responsible for crafting and implementing content strategy and marketing campaigns in support of dozens of offerings across several strategic markets.

You’ll understand unmet and underserved market needs, buyer jobs to be done, and the ways our offerings solve these needs, get these jobs done, and create delight for our buyers. You’ll also direct the creation of compelling messaging and storytelling, as well as the efforts to communicate these messages and stories into the market. Additionally, you’ll work collaboratively with three groups of people: (i) our business builders, offering owners, and consultants who are delivering in the market, (ii) our business design team that oversees market strategy and insight, and (iii) the organization’s marketing function that executes integrated campaigns and programs.

The Marketing Content and Campaign Coordinator also leads our offering owners in the crafting of marketing and campaign strategy. You’ll oversee the execution of campaigns, digital content updates, and other tactics and collaborate with other marketers in the firm to identify, evaluate, and test leading-edge marketing tactics that could generate superior marketing results for our financial services unit. You are also responsible for managing the unit’s marketing budget.

Where You’ll Work.

The Marketing Content and Campaign Coordinator is physically located alongside our business design team and strategically embedded within our financial services unit. You’ll serve our financial services practice leader who is directly responsible for the unit’s market growth and success. You’ll be measured by the impact your efforts have on market success.

You’re a Unicorn.

We fully understand that a single individual who meets all of these qualifications may be a bit of a unicorn. However, if you meet a lot of these requirements and feel confident that you can bring a ton of value to the position, we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidate would have the following:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience. This experience can be from within an agency or a corporate setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Writing, Journalism, Media, Business, or similar major.
  • Experience working within an entrepreneurial setting or within a setting that supported rapid growth, constant change, and marketing agility.
  • A collaborative spirit that is able to engage in rigorous debate with strong-minded team members holding opposing and compelling points of view. This person would also have the ability to lead and to create alignment around strategies and tactics.
  • An outcomes-driven mindset; this is different than a deliverables mindset. Our ideal candidate is less interested in the number of deliverables created and more in iterating toward ever-improving market outcomes.
  • Experience with seeking to understand and then communicating complex B2B services and technologies. In particular, this is a person who understands the power of empathy, curiosity, and human-centered design. It is also a person with experience in the methods of customer understanding, including interviews, surveys, etc.
  • An understanding of financial institutions (e.g. global banks, community banks, credit unions), fintech, and specialty finance markets.
  • Experience with growth hacking.
  • An ability to craft creative campaign themes, content outlines, headlines, and copy. This is a person who can demonstrate that they know “what to say” and “how to say it” to a defined target audience.
