Marketing Coordinator, Content
Southeast Wisconsin
New Berlin, WI

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator, Content who will report to the Assistant Vice President of Marketing. This person will be a key stakeholder in consistently conveying the essence of the Landmark brand through communications. They will be responsible for managing department projects from initial request to task completion. They will develop copy for marketing campaigns, promotions and other communications. They will also assist in layout and design of member communications along with development of materials for internal systems.


  • Develops accurate, compliant copy for marketing materials and literature, including mass media and member-focused communications. 
  • Develops and creates content for company blog that is promoted via email and social media outlets. 
  • Manages sponsor relationships, developing opportunities for engagement and ensuring to ensure appropriate co-branding 
  • Assists with design of marketing materials, literature and other communications. 
  • Creates compelling, branded, results-oriented messaging across multiple media. 
  • Creates member newsletters, which includes development of topics list, coordination of content from other departments, research, writing and design/layout. 
  • Coordinates and manages planning for branch openings. 
  • Proofs materials for accuracy and regulatory compliance requirements. 
  • Assists with print coordination, including contacting print vendor(s) for estimates, packaging files and uploading files to print vendor FTP site.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field and 3 years of writing for marketing campaigns and initiatives. Familiarity with financial industry is preferred. 
  • Proven ability to create content that can be customized to maximize the promotion potential of each media outlet. 
  • Demonstrated creativity in the production of marketing materials.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically in grammar and proofreading. 
  • Competency with Microsoft Office products with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. 
  • Experience working in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator 
  • Demonstrated ability to independently organize work, balance multiple priorities and manage a variety of projects in a high volume work environment with strong attention to detail. 
  • Must have a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to this position. Must understand and comply with all job related state and federal laws and regulations.
