POSITION PURPOSE:

Responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and implementing action, efficient and accurate coordination of CORO expenses & marketing; provide assistance and support to CORO marketing team.

The role leverages knowledge of Marketing reporting systems, responsible for reviewing disclaimers, creating sources, and tracking systems for individual lead sources, establish recommendations, assist with implementation, and measure post-implementation results to quantify impact.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generation:

  • Support marketing team efforts to maximize new customer acquisition. May focus on correct source attribution or source set up. 
  • Percentage of time depends on share of duties amongst team.

Vendor/Lead Source Management:

  • Creates and reviews reporting. Attends vendor meetings and updates.

Lead Gen Strategy:

  • Coordination of lead generation tactics, materials & communication to CORO leadership.

Analytics:

  • Proactively and continuously leverage information captured from digital analytics and marketing systems. 
  • Implement recommendations in conjunction with CORO marketing. 
  • Provide regular reporting on marketing programs and marketing source attribution.

B & C Marketing Content:

Deliver a World Class Customer Experience:

  • Awareness of CORO marketing’s goal to deliver a positive homeowner experience.
  • Is aware of the impact of Rep.com and NPS scores on our business.

Expense Management:

  • Update forecast and actual expenses in the Company's Invoice Trackers & Marketing systems. 
  • Process all invoices for the marketing department; including coding and securing signatures for P-card and other purchases. 
  • Percentage of time depends on share of duties amongst team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Four-year degree in marketing, communications, or related field with a minimum of 2 years marketing experience. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing/business experience in a hands-on implementation role
  • Familiarity with direct response marketing as well as tools and trends and be able to apply them to Renewal by Andersen’s business. This includes a strong understanding of analytics.
