We’re currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator that is organized, detail-oriented and energetic! This role will work with the brand marketing team to support programs that grow brand awareness and engagement for Learning Resources. As this position focuses primarily on social media, it is a great way to flex your creativity while also getting a great foundational marketing experience.

Scope of Responsibilities:

The individual in this role will:

  • Assist in content development for social media and blog–ideation, graphic design and creative copywriting 
  • Execute Social Media posts on all channels utilizing Sprout Social 
  • Support marketing team campaigns and strategies across social platforms 
  • Measure and report out monthly and quarterly on key program metrics utilizing Google Analytics and Sprout Social 
  • Monitor social media groups, trends and tools and provide realtime recommendations for new/next steps to marketing team 
  • Proactively engage with and respond to individual users and groups on Instagram, Facebook and other platforms as necessary 
  • Assist Brand Team as needed with presentation development and reporting 
  • Coordinate and execute Social Influencer Program including: correspondence, sample shipments, tracking progress, measuring success and reporting 
  • Record and photograph special events and manage Facebook/Instagram Live Broadcasts 
  • Other duties for this role will be assigned as necessary/appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Similar Field 
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook 
  • Proficiency in Photoshop or Canva 
  • Highly detail-oriented, outstanding problem-solving and critical thinking skills 
  • Results-driven attitude; a self-starter who thinks and participates effectively, both independently and as part of a team 
  • Excellent communication skills and strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Prioritizes responsibilities and highly organized; able to track multiple projects at once

Preferences:

  • 1+ years of experience in an Agency, Retail or CPG environment with proven track record in social media 
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics
