Marketing Coordinator/Writer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, writing, editing and production of response to Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Qualifications (RFQ), ensuring timely completion and high quality.
• Collaborate with team members to gather information on an approach and author a high-level draft response to the RFP or RFQ.
• Stay on top of current projects and innovations occurring within the firm to support ongoing project documentation. Interview internal team members to draw out information on project attributes and statistics. Edit materials prepared by team members to ensure consistency with firm brand message.
• Create accurate and engaging written content for case studies, stories, articles, website, and social media. Author award submittals and promotional materials for conferences.
• Develop and maintain various marketing pieces, including project descriptions and resumes. Coordinate photoshoots as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, English, journalism, or related field required.
• Minimum of three years relevant writing experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign required.
• Excellent editing and proofreading skills required.
• Knowledge of architecture, engineering, or construction industry preferred.
