Marketing Coordinator
Southwest Wisconsin
Middleton, WI

The Marketing Coordinator will support a wide range of marketing processes and projects, to include collaboration with internal team members and external suppliers/vendors to ensure all marketing collateral reflects the image and goals of ACS. As a member of the marketing and business development team, you will assist with the design and development of print collateral, online marketing, and proposals; coordinate social media, email campaigns, and presentation development; and support special events, tradeshows, and sponsorships. In addition, you will provide general administrative support to the marketing and business development department. This position would be based out of our headquartered office in Middleton, WI or Troy, MI.

Essential job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Design and assist with the development of all print collateral, website and blog content, presentations, and content required for qualifications and proposals. 
  • Coordinate email campaigns, marketing automation, and social media. 
  • Coordinate the proposal process including page layout and production, utilizing a variety of graphic formats and programs; collect data; assist with writing, editing, and proofing; and manage deadlines. 
  • Maintain and update website content via a Content Management System. 
  • Work with the CRM and marketing automation tool to implement marketing initiatives 
  • Assist in writing and editing of sales and marketing materials, which include articles, presentations, blogs, and proposals. 
  • Manage inventory of all marketing related materials and files including brochures, fliers, pictures, graphics, project photography, templates, signage, and promotional materials. 
  • Serve as a liaison to company, print suppliers, freelance talent, and various marketing services. 
  • Coordinate trades shows and expos including registration, contracts, booth and signage, shipment of materials, and staffing. 
  • Support all details related to formal or informal client events including expos, golf outings, dinners, award ceremonies, etc.

Basic requirements include:

  • Four-year college degree in Marketing, Business, or related area 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, business-to-business experience preferred 
  • Proficient with graphic design principles and tools, including Adobe Creative Suites, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop 
  • Ability to create visual concepts to communicate ideas that inform, explain, and persuade 
  • Experience with updating website pages through a Content Management System 
  • Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Marketing Automation tools 
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing principles and practices 
  • Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to synthesize complex concepts/technical information, to make it easy to understand and engaging 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work independently, and prioritize work assignments with critical deadlines; effective project management skills. 
  • Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Work collaboratively and effectively as a team member; build relationships to facilitate goal achievement Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills
