Job Summary:

We have an immediate need for an entry to mid-level Marketing Coordinator. In this key role, you will develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns to ensure consistency in AASM messages. Other administrative duties including customer support, sales and correspondence tasks, and content preparation.

As an ideal candidate, you have a marketing degree and have at least one year of work experience in a marketing role. Not only are you the ultimate multi-tasker, but you are also skilled at providing top-notch customer service. Bonus points if you have experience with Google Ads/Analytics, CRM/Salesforce and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Conceptualize, write, edit and produce customized marketing communications materials, including print and electronic formats, for a variety of departments. 
  • Prepare and implement marketing and advertising campaigns with direction from the Marketing Manager. 
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data. 
  • Have a working knowledge of services offered and how the platforms work. 
  • Research and develop channels of communication to advertise to existing clients and create new leads. 
  • Create and prepare email messages using email marketing software. 
  • Ensure that messages are consistent with marketing strategies. 
  • Serve as the point of contact for all incoming calls, emails and other messages from customers related to products, services, and events and provide accurate solutions and directions. 
  • Response time should be within 24 hours. 
  • Promote AASM educational products, services and courses to current and prospective members, patients and other related industries. 
  • Maintain current knowledge of service lines, offerings, products and promotions. 
  • Strive to cross-sell products during each incoming phone call. 
  • Communicate and collaborate with multiple departments to understand and answer the most frequently asked questions. 
  • Manage event marketing campaigns from content creation to execution of the campaigns. 
  • Some travel may be required for this position (up to 10%), which will include weekends.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • B.A. in Marketing or related field 
  • Minimum one year in marketing or related role 
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail 
  • Understanding of market segmentation 
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines
