WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

AET is seeking an energetic Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing and business development department. This position will be responsible for managing company events and trade shows, leading the graphic design activities to create compelling marketing materials and proposals, and assisting business development initiatives to secure new business for AET. Candidates should have at least five years of marketing experience, preferably in the A/E/C or professional services industry.

IN THIS JOB, YOU WILL:

  • Assist with developing and reviewing content for key proposals, SOQ’s and marketing materials 
  • Lead the graphic design and desktop publishing activities to create compelling marketing materials, proposals, and SOQ’s 
  • Create and manage all print and digital advertising, press releases, and public relations materials 
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media marketing, PPC advertising, and email marketing 
  • Support business development activities including inquiry follow up, prospect research, and information submittals 
  • Assist in preparation and scheduling of trade shows, conferences, company meetings and events, seminars, tours, and presentations

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • AA/AS/BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or technical discipline 
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in marketing within the A/E/C or professional services industry 
  • Strong motivational skills and initiative; a self-starter and a “professional” that can represent our industry/company 
  • Strong organizational skills, commitment to high-quality work, and able to work in fast paced environment 
  • Strong familiarity with Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, and Dynamics 365 CRM. 
  • Experience with WordPress a plus 
  • Knowledge of marketing and business development concepts and techniques used in developing client relationships 
  • Ability to operate computer and peripherals approximately 60% of the day 
  • Ability to occasionally lift, pack, and move up to 40 pounds for short distances, up to 50% of the day depending on scheduled events 
  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods of time
