Position Details

Marketing Coordinator
Northeast Wisconsin
Pulaski, WI

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the creation and execution of key deliverables of the Bay Tek Entertainment (BTE) Core Business Marketing Plan with an emphasis on supporting the marketing team, developing outbound communication plans both in social channels as well as to support other customer journey touchpoints. As a member of a cross functional team, this position is integral in creating and communicating relevant marketing campaigns to our target markets.

  1. Understand the voice of the customer to influence our go-to-market strategy and to communicate our value proposition and competitive differentiators. 
  2. Perform market, customer and competitor research within our target and prospective markets. 
  3. Assist in the strategic planning and execution of Bay Tek Entertainment’s Marketing Plan
  4. Manage our content calendar, content development, marketing collateral and use of Constant Contact marketing automation software. 
  5. Prepare promotional materials such as pitch decks, catalogs, mailers, and sell sheets.
  6. Creation and maintenance of social media promotion plan. Create written and visual social content that ensures a consistent, relevant and professional presence. Analysis to ensure content is meeting or exceeding performance and traffic goals. 
  7. Work closely with BTE subject matter experts for the creation and management of blog posts, newsletters and other downloadable content, testimonials and case studies, and monthly content calendar. 
  8. Research and qualify Inbound Marketing leads through the BTE and Skee-Ball websites.
  9. Create marketing materials for trade shows, customers visits, and other onsite events
  10. Coordinate trade show planning on behalf of sales and marketing, booth needs, game lay out, set-up/take-down, and signage to be on brand with a sight on increasing lead production 
  11. Collaborate with other Marketing departments within The Village of companies to provide support, perspective and best process. 
  12. Provide marketing support BTE-owned companies as needed, including GamerGreen, Dimensional Branding Group, and 10X Game Room. 
  13. Other duties as assigned within a fast-paced customer driven organization.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication and/or business 
  • 1-3 years work experience preferred on a B2B or B2C marketing team 
  • Any graphic design training a plus


  • Strong MS Office user – PowerPoint and Excel specifically
  • Ability to create and manage digital visual content 
  • Experience with Adobe Suite is a plus 
  • Constant Contact marketing automation experience is a plus
  • Ability to coordinate, organize and manage projects with tight deadlines. 
  • Strong curiosity in leading edge marketing and technological practices and ideals. 
  • Ability to interpret analytics and troubleshoot web related technical issues is a plus

Travel Requirements: 

  • A valid and active driver’s license required for this position. 
  • Occasional travel to customer locations will be required – up to 20% 

Physical Requirements

  • Be able to lift 10-25 lbs for short periods

  • 85% Office – Bay Tek Entertainment’s office and client’s office environment
