Marketing Coordinator
Southeast Wisconsin
Pewaukee, WI

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in support of our Branding Solutions business. The ideal candidate should be a creative thinker with strong organizational skills and have a passion for marketing. He/she will thrive in a fast-paced, exciting environment and enjoy working as part of a team.

  • Assist in the planning, content development, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, digital advertising, and events. 
  • Assist in development of marketing materials such as sales collateral, emails, blogs, webinars, presentations, videos, etc. 
  • Oversee improvements and new build out for content on, including SEO and visual enhancements 
  • Assist with creating engaging visual and written content that aligns with the brand voice and messaging and resonates with key market segments 
  • Work with the marketing team to drive SEO in content creation and content programming as well as optimize content to improve campaign effectiveness 
  • Coordinate select events and tradeshows, including pre-event planning, logistics, and post-event follow-up. 
  • Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs and program metrics to report on campaign effectiveness with regards to revenue and gross margin contributions to the overall business 
  • Work collaboratively with Sales on email marketing calendars and sales support materials to drive revenue within key, top volume accounts


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field. 
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite 
  • Creative and resourceful thinker with the ability to bring new ideas and solutions 
  • A fast learner; highly curious, and inquisitive. 
  • Asks questions, researches, talks to a variety of people, and gets feedback to understand 
  • Highly data driven and proven experience setting, managing, reporting, and optimizing campaign performance metrics 
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. 
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. 
  • Must be digitally savvy, resourceful, and a quick learner. 
  • Beverage industry experience not required but strongly preferred 
  • Experience using a website CMS (Magento) not required but a plus. 
  • Experience using Adobe Creative suite not required but a plus.
