Position Details

Marketing Coordinator
Twin Cities Metro
Minneapolis, MN

Marketing Responsibilities 60%:

  • Conference support: a) Vendor registration and logistics, b) Prepare and update sales materials and display items for conferences, and c) Promote Bromelkamp Company conference participation among target market.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and successful use of digital, social and emerging marketing channels 
  • Manage the company brand 
  • Manage website updates in coordination with design team 
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with regional and national philanthropy serving organizations 
  • Manage social media accounts; post regular updates and develop new content 
  • Manage advertising content; assist with developing targeted, provocative material 
  • Develop and manage marketing materials (e.g. informational documents and promotional giveaways)

Sales Responsibilities 25%:

  • Schedule product demonstration webinars and serve as registrar 
  • Assist the Business Development team with follow up communications to prospective clients, particularly regarding scheduling and providing information.

General Administrative Responsibilities 15%:

  • Support Business Development Team as needed (Enter notes into CRM, generate analytics and reports, etc.) 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional Suite is required 
  • Proficiency with Zoom Meeting and Webinar is required 
  • Proficiency updating and expanding a WordPress website, or the willingness to learn quickly, is required 
  • MS Dynamics CRM Experience is a plus 
  • Knowledge of grants management and CRM software is a plus.
