We focus on manufacturing automation machinery for the foam and mattress industry in three usage areas: compression packaging, lamination, and material handling. What We're Looking For in a Marketing Coordinator is someone with...

Project Management Experience

You’ll be responsible for multiple projects at the same time, working with other C3 team members as well as vendors. We’ll need you to keep these projects on track and hold to deadlines.

Education & Experience

A Bachelor’s in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications and 5+ years of marketing experience is required. Experience in manufacturing industries is preferred. 

A Research Enthusiast

We need someone ready to dive headfirst into market analysis, then interpret and apply their findings to our strategy.

An Effective Storyteller

You’ll capture our vision and amplify our story to our clients, community, and employees across multiple traditional and digital channels.

Proficiency With Marketing Tools

You should be well-versed in MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (namely Ps, Id, & Ai), Google Analytics, WordPress, and email marketing tools.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
  • Tradeshow experience and project management skills
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing 
  • Experience conducting research using data analytics software 
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills 
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Proficiency in full Adobe Creative, especially with PhotoShop, InDesign and Illustrator 
  • Working knowledge of HTML, Wordpress and design and email software 
  • Experience working with budgets and forecasting 


  • 5+ years Marketing experience within areas of digital marketing, tradeshow execution, market analysis and project management 
  • Preferred: Knowledge and experience within manufacturing industries
