is an engineering company that designs and manufactures machinery. We consult with our clients and engineer machines to fulfill their needs. We focus on manufacturing automation machinery for the foam and mattress industry in three usage areas: compression packaging, lamination, and material handling. C3 has experienced tremendous growth over the past few years, and our trajectory continues to steadily climb.  We are in need of a Marketing Superstar to join our team. We’re shipping more machines per week than ever before, and we added a 100,000 square foot building and additional business units in the last year alone. We have ambitious goals for 2021, and we’re focused on driving both C3and the entire foam and mattress industry forward. To maximize our momentum, we’re adding a Marketing Coordinator to our sales and marketing team.

In this role, you’ll capture C3’s vision and amplify it to multiple audiences, namely our clients, community, and employees.

We’ll need you to balance creativity with practicality when managing projects like tradeshow execution – you’ll help us turn heads while still holding to deadlines and budgets.

You’ll create a variety of content for multiple traditional and digital channels, from sell sheets to email newsletters.

You’ll also actively seek out new opportunities for us through research and market analysis.

If this sounds like a lot, don’t worry – you’ll be able to outsource some of your projects or aspects of them to vendors.

Your most important responsibility will be keeping these projects moving and aligned with C3’s message and vision.

Project Management Experience You’ll be responsible for multiple projects at the same time, working with other C3team members as well as vendors. We’ll need you to keep these projects on track and hold to deadlines. 

Education & Experience A Bachelor’s in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications and 5+ years of marketing experience is required. Experience in manufacturing industries is preferred. 

A Research Enthusiast We need someone ready to dive headfirst into market analysis, then interpret and apply their findings to our strategy. 

An Effective Storyteller You’ll capture our vision and amplify our story to our clients, community, and employees across multiple traditional and digital channels. 

Proficiency With Marketing Tools You should be well-versed in MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (namely Ps, Id, & Ai), Google Analytics, WordPress, and email marketing tools.
