The Marketing Coordinator position is responsible for managing advertising and merchandising deliverables for the corporate office, senior living communities and home health division, ensuring timely communication and feedback. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented, resourceful, comfortable with multi-tasking, creative, tenacious and a strong communicator – both written and verbal. This person will work closely with the Senior Director of Marketing and manage ongoing vendor relationships.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Print and digital coordinator – Understand cadence of recurring ads throughout company and work with internal constituents to create and deliver in a timely manner. Includes understanding of when ads need to be taken down and/or refreshed. 
  • Manage and update marketing spreadsheets to ensure we have the most current/accurate information (vendor contacts, contract terms, pricing, sizing, CTA.) 
  • Communication with print vendors 
  • Use of Constant Contact to create and distribute email blasts. Includes management and organization of internal distribution lists. 
  • Maintain organization of company 
  • Drives, ensuring that creative is saved, filed appropriately and easily accessible for internal constituents. 
  • Management and organization of Care Team section of company website. 
  • Proactively coordinate photo/biography process to ensure timely updates. 
  • Wordpress updates to company website – email contacts, blog posts, CTA offers/banners 
  • Manage merchandising collateral process with outside vendors – includes sourcing and ordering signage and other print materials. Includes gifts and giveaways. 
  • Invoice processing for merchandising materials and print/digital ads 
  • Assist with off-site marketing events at communities or with external partners

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field 
  • Preferred minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience working with multi-location business 
  • Strong understanding and use of complete Microsoft Office suite 
  • Organizational skills 
  • Project management experience 
  • Process improvement 
  • Initiative Planning and analytical skills
  • Financial Skills 
  • Understanding and use of Constant Contact 
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytic tools (Google Analytics) 
  • Understanding and use of Wordpress 
  • Helpful but not required - knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. 
  • Understanding of digital marketing
