Position Details

Marketing Coordinator
Twin Cities Metro
Minneapolis, MN

This position supports the marketing needs of CEE’s teams and clients. This position will report to our Marketing Account Manager and join our established communication and marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong content development skills, experience developing and implementing marketing strategies, basic graphic design experience, and be highly organized.


  • Develop promotional and educational content for a variety of departments and programs including emails, newsletters, flyers, blogs, case studies, and more. 
  • Assist in the development and implementation of program marketing and outreach campaigns. 
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials from draft to design, printing or posting, and promotion. 
  • Support CEE’s graphic design needs – may include work on flyers, digital ad materials, email images, and other graphic needs. 
  • Help maintain marketing campaign tracking and metric dashboards. 
  • Stay up to date on marketing trends and best practices. 
  • Ensure brand consistency across CEE, as well as within materials aligned with partners’ brands. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field of study, or equivalent experience. 
  • 2-4 years of marketing coordination or content development experience. 
  • Demonstrated excellence with writing and developing original content for marketing materials. 
  • Strong project management, with aptitude for managing multiple projects with competing deadlines. 
  • Familiarity with Adobe Design suite or equivalent programs. 
  • Proven ability to organize processes and schedule a wide range of activities. 
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to speak in front of others. 
  • An orientation toward teamwork, emphasizing interpersonal savvy and big picture thinking in collaboration with six-person communications/marketing team and inter-departmentally.
