Clune has an immediate opportunity for a talented addition to join our Chicago Marketing team. We are searching for a Marketing Coordinator with excellent organizational skills and who is self-motivated. Candidates must be able to multi-task, function effectively under strict time constraints, and be able to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while demonstrating an energetic team-player attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with project and senior management to direct marketing efforts for all stages of opportunities (qualifications, RFQs/RFPs/proposals, presentations and follow up). 
  • Create high-quality custom packages and other presentations. 
  • Develop, organize, update and format marketing collateral (resumes, project sheets, project lists, etc.), while maintaining consistency, quality and corporate branding. 
  • With supervision, prepare award submissions. 
  • Acquire photography of completed projects, including coordinating with a professional photographer, taking photos on the project site and minor photo editing. 
  • Maintain photo library and photography contractual agreements 
  • Organize and coordinate mailing campaigns including holiday cards and office announcements. 
  • Assist with event planning for client events. 
  • Participate in gathering information and vetting leads for social media. 
  • Coordinate post-project surveys with the Database Administrator. 
  • Update and maintain various marketing logs and data bases. 
  • Liaise with colleagues in Business Development. 
  • Establish and maintain effective and collaborative working relationship with senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S. in business administration, with an emphasis in marketing or communications preferred). 
  • 3-7 years of marketing experience within the A/E/C industry. 
  • Conscientious and flexible, with a strong work ethic and team-player attitude. 
  • Balances the need for diplomacy and persistence. 
  • Strong skills in time management and prioritization. 
  • Willing to go the extra mile when demands require. 
  • Detail oriented, with an eye toward the big picture of office, region and firm goals. 
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt to different communication styles. 
  • Proven editing ability. 
  • Fluent with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office. 
  • Proficiency in software such as Photoshop and Illustrator a plus. 
  • Familiarity with CRM programs a plus. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively handle multiple requests. 
  • Ability to guide others in the firm on the appropriate use of marketing tools and systems.

This is a full-time position with excellent benefits. Salary is commensurate with experience and ability.
