We’re currently looking for a driven Marketing Coordinator who has a passion for working in a collaborative, structured and highly creative atmosphere. The ideal candidate for this position should have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, be very detail oriented, organized, helpful and take direction from senior team members and run.

The Marketing Coordinator will work in a hybrid environment across the marketing, account management and project management teams. They will have a holistic view of the agency and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks day-to-day and week-to-week. Core Marketing assignments will include email management, social planning, case study development and business development support. The Marketing Coordinator will also support the account and project management teams by handling day-to-day client communication, scheduling project resources and managing workflow and processes to complete deliverables with the creative and development teams.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Serves as day-to-day contact for assigned client(s). Gathers and assembles client input and relevant background information to develop project briefs. 
  • Supports client engagement team members on day-to-day client activities, including reporting, research and media tracking. 
  • As needed, aides in the development of strategic deliverables including proposals, marketing communications, marketing plans, reporting dashboards, for both Core and its clients. 
  • Handles day-to-day project management activities for assigned clients - setting up projects, schedules, tasks and estimates within the PM software. Issues purchase orders for client-related expenses. 
  • Keeps project management and client engagement team appraised of projects through frequent communication. Routes project deliverables to internal team for review. 
  • Guides employees on process standards and proper usage of software. 
  • Creates and deploys email campaigns for Core. 
  • Manages Core’s marketing efforts including content calendars and production, social media management and case study development. Creates and deploys email campaigns for Core.
  • Supports business development in creation of proposals and status tracking. 
  • Assists/backs up senior team members, as necessary. 
  • Maintains quality and ensures success of projects, for Core and its clients.

  • Agency experience is a plus 
  • Keynote experience is a plus 
  • Workamajig or other PM software experience is a plus 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, digital or related field 
  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing, client management or project management role

Remote Work Option: This role will fall under Core Creative's hybrid work environment, that allows the employee to choose where they work from. We realize that some days it is simply more efficient for you to work from your home office, while on other days it may be easier to book an office space and work from the Core Creative offices. This policy is grounded in both our trust in our hard-working and dedicated employees, as well as our desire to create work life balance for those employees to the best of our ability. Core will provide all the necessary equipment and a stipend for technology to each employee. We expect our new hire will follow all guidelines that allow us to have this policy in place. employees may be expected in the office for some meetings, trainings, or as designated by management.
