Engberg Anderson Architects is looking for the right individual with 2 – 3 years’ A/E/C marketing experience in our Milwaukee Office. As a member of this three-person marketing team, this individual assists with firmwide business development, marketing and public relations initiatives. This individual is a highly motivated self-starter with experience in proposal production, story development, graphic design and branding. They will help develop RFP/RFQ responses, client presentations, and general marketing collateral materials. The Marketing Coordinator will support the team with creation and production of business development and marketing efforts with internal and external clients. They are responsible for proposal production and graphic support for all Engberg Anderson offices.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Proposal production Collateral creation/production
  • Story development & content creation
  • Project related community involvement
  • Interview coordination/presentation creation
  • Assist with Client/BD Meetings + follow-up
  • Assist with conference planning + coordination
  • Assist with website design and updates
  • Assist with employee engagement activities
  • Assist with reporting and tracking 
  • Assist with award submission
  • Assist with social media and press releases

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or Visual Media
  • Essential Experience Advanced proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Premiere
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Writing, editing, and proof-reading skills are required
  • Strong graphic design and document layout skills. A portfolio of your best work is required.

Beneficial Experience:

  • Related experience in professional services, the A/E/C industry preferred
  • Digital/social media and web design experience is a plus
  • Lumion, Enscape, and similar rendering applications experience are a plus
  • Digital asset management experience is a plus
  • Experience in a multi-office environment is a plus
  • Experience working in a midsized, flexible and employee-empowering work environment is a plus

Competitive salary is commensurate with experience and includes bonus potential.
