Position Details

Marketing Coordinator
Northern Illinois
Oak Brook, IL

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator in our Oak Brook, Illinois office to support firm-wide marketing efforts. The marketing production coordinator is responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks to assist in the development and production of marketing materials that support the firm’s brand message and standards.


  • Prepares proposal materials, including gathering, verifying, and ensuring that the various components of all marketing materials align with FGM standards and meet project deadlines.
  • Produces and distributes Social Media 
  • Produces and distributes Email Marketing Campaigns 
  • Creates, monitors and regularly updates all marketing collateral & promotional materials (project story sheets, brochures, project lists, employee project experience lists & resumes, reference letters, reference lists, etc.), both print and digital 
  • Ensures that conference/trade show materials are organized and packed/delivered to conference sites 
  • Maintains all marketing and business development supplies (printed brochures, stationery, tabs, front and back covers, binding materials, etc.) 
  • Other supporting tasks as determined by the Director of Marketing and Regional Marketing Managers

Skills & Credentials:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related area 
  • An interest in hands-on learning about all facets of marketing in a fast paced, creative and dynamic environment 
  • 0-3 years of experience providing marketing production support 
  • A/E/C or professional services experience is a plus 
  • Computer proficiency in Adobe InDesign and all Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) 
  • Experience with Constant Contact, Sprout Social and CRM applications is a plus 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Works well in collaborative environments 
  • Strong attention to detail, organization skills and the ability to effectively handle competing priorities, juggle multiple assignments and tight deadlines – and do each one well in detail
