Marketing Coordinator
Southeast Wisconsin
Milwaukee, WI

We have an opportunity available for an experienced technology-focused marketing professional to support our marketing team and growing firm. Our Marketing Coordinator will help develop marketing strategies, tactics, and tools related to client maintenance and new business development. Our qualified Marketing Coordinator will have superior oral and written communication skills.

Our Marketing Coordinator will assist with proposal preparation, including content development, design, and production of request for proposal (RFP) responses, and provide research, campaign development, for all levels within the firm. Our Marketing Coordinator will also work with the marketing and business development teams to update and maintain the firm’s website, Salesforce CRM, and e-mail marketing database. Our Marketing Coordinator will develop and cultivate internal working relationships, prioritize multiple deadlines, and help creatively tell stories using exceptional graphics and content.

Enjoy Marketing Coordinator responsibilities that may include:

  • Working with technical staff to develop proposals, presentations, resumes, project descriptions, marketing collateral, and plan/coordinate marketing campaigns and activities. 
  • Updating and maintaining the firm’s website and marketing/business development databases.
  • Salesforce administration. 
  • Coordinating business development conferences and technical trade shows. 
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to strategize and update the firm’s social media platforms. 
  • Supporting marketing and communications initiatives with tasks such as copywriting, proofreading and research. 
  • Keeping up-to-date on latest business news, market trends, researching target markets, and communicating critical highlights to managers.

We are considering Marketing Coordinator candidates who meet the following basic qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Journalism, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 
  • A minimum of2 years of relatable marketing experience. 
  • A background with an emphasis in professional services consulting (engineering, architecture, construction, real estate development) is highly preferred, but not required. 
  • Experience in managing and developing RFP's (Requests for proposals.) 
  • Proficiency with the use of programs including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and Microsoft Office, or other equivalent programs. 
  • Experience with Salesforce, WordPress and Mailchimp would be a plus.
