The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the company’s sales and marketing initiatives through database management, creative production, and administrative assistance. The position will also assist in measuring the effectiveness of marketing activity in relation to our strategic goals. Responsibilities for this role will be approximately 70% marketing and 30% sales support.

  • Manage the product and pricing database for iDesign
  • Manage customer and COI databases
  • Assist in planning and executing social media initiatives
  • Assist with design, creation, and editing of marketing materials
  • Assist with website maintenance and management
  • Assist with event planning and execution
  • Assist with ordering and managing branded materials
  • Assist with reporting of ROI for marketing initiatives
  • Order photos and Matterport home tours of properties
  • Assist with listing homes on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
  • Various other tasks related to marketing or that support other areas of the company
  • Various administrative tasks that support the sales team
  • Must be resourceful and able to work independently
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at one time and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize multiple ideas into one cohesive message/brand
  • Ability to write and design creative materials
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, and Acrobat
  • Knowledge of data analytics and marketing ROI
  • Experience with database management
  • Experience with social media, blogging, video, email marketing, and website maintenance
  • Must maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Ability to work with a team and accept feedback on content and design
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience at an in-house marketing department or agency is a plus
