Primary Responsibilities:
HDR is seeking an enthusiastic self-starter to oversee the development of marketing contentand help us organize and maintain our marketing information systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work with industry leaders and grow your skills in marketing and business development. The Marketing Coordinator will work as part of a tight-knit marketing team in the MN/WI Area in support of our marketing program activities.
This person will be responsible for data organization and management, technical and creative writing/editing, document layout and design, graphics development, and a range of other marketing tasks. While daily tasks vary, we’ll count on you to work with marketing and technical professionals to prepare materials, including qualifications, brochures, presentations, proposals, award submittals, announcements, and reports.
These efforts require a significant amount of independent collaboration, organization, and attention to detail. Strong organizational aptitude, and proactive communication skills are essential. This position requires balancing multiple concurrent assignments while maintaining quality and deadlines.
