Marketing Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you are responsible forproducing RFIs, graphic products and services, and RFPs to showcase HOK's expertise.

• Manage the timely delivery of high-quality proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations. 
• Establish and manage timelines for effective delivery. 
• Coordinate and gather information from external and internal partners. 
• Collaborate with the marketing manager, management committee and practice leaders to establish priorities for responding to RFPs and other marketing inquiries. 
• Contribute to an initial mock-up of proposals and write sections of the proposals as required. 
• Create or update new project and personnel resumes for marketing purposes. 
• Maintain marketing files, such as client references, photography, consultant lists, resumes, consultant lists, etc. 
• Develop, write, and manage the production of specialized brochures, mailers, announcements, etc. 
• Liaise with marketing staff across various offices and focus groups to exchange information. 
• Lead or assist with design award submission, project photography, social media/email marketing. 
• Attend marketing-related events such as pre-proposal conferences and professional meetings. 
• Aid in the development and management of new marketing technologies for HOK. 
• Foster a commitment to both external and internal client service.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Proven capability in technical writing. 
• Familiarity and demonstrable experience with social media and online marketing/public relations best practices. 
• Ability to maintain focus and confidence under tight deadlines and fluctuating workloads. 
• Strong multitasking skills with an ability to respond to constantly changing needs and schedules. 
• Excellent editing and proofreading abilities. 
• Excellent time management skills. 
• Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Photoshop and Illustrator is required. 
• High-level expertise in InDesign.

Qualifications:

• Equivalent of a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related technical field. 
• 2-5 years of marketing experience in the architecture, interior design, engineering, construction, or real estate development industry.
